ATRIA Coaching Presents: Scandinavian Wellness Series - Part 1 “Friluftsliv”

For this event we will be focusing on the Nordic concept of Friluftsliv, which literally translates to "free air life". Norwegians use it to describe the joy they experience from connecting with nature and the importance they place on simply 'being' in nature itself.
Over our hour together, we will explore and discuss the following:
The concept of "nature cleansing" and the Norwegian's intention behind making time to connect to the natural world
Why Being > Doing when practising Friluftsliv
Grounding & it's impact on our personal presence
Research backed physical, mental, and emotional health benefits
Where and how to practice
The most common factors that hold us back from consistent practice; and
Why it's important to leave your ambitions at the door
We will close the session with a guided meditation that focuses on grounding. In this meditation you'll learn powerful visualisation techniques and quick practices that you can easily incorporate into your day-to-day life.
The event will provide a safe space for you to learn, share, and meet like-minded individuals prioritizing their well-being. It is our intention at ATRIA Coaching to help you get through these next few months armed with new tools and practices to feel your best!
