ATRIA Coaching Presents: Guided Group Hypnosis Session to live a more Balanced Life

You may be shocked to know that 95% of who we are by the time we're 35 years old is a set of memorized and automatic behaviours that function much like a computer program. Further to that, 90% of the thoughts we think each day are the same thoughts as the day before.

So if our habits are a set of automatic behaviours and we think most of the same thoughts day after day, how do we go about creating tangible change in our lives?

By working directly with the source ---> the subconscious!

One method of doing this is through the power of suggestion and *HYPNOSIS*

If you are like many people and aren't familiar with the sub-conscious mind and Hypnotherapy, it is a clinical modality that aids in the acceleration of transformational change and healing.

Over our hour together, we will explore and discuss the following:

  • I will demystify hypnosis by covering its most common misconceptions

  • The difference between stage hypnosis and clinical hypnotherapy for healing and growth

  • Why hypnosis is considered meditation, but with a goal

  • That we are under hypnosis and in trance more often than we think

  • + much more

I will then walk through an exercise where you'll get to experience first hand how the body is a robot to the mind. After this, I will guide the group into a light and relaxing trance where I will then facilitate a guided hypnosis for the integration of better balance in your life.

The event will provide a safe space for you to learn, share, and meet like-minded individuals prioritizing their well-being. It is our intention at ATRIA Coaching to help you get through these next few months armed with new tools and practices to feel your best!
